The Athens of the first democracies and of other civilizing beginnings decreed the inauguration of the European journey of the EuroLiteraTur project. In the " Foundation of the Hellenic World", a complex of Olympian dimensions, we discovered a world of interactivity and multimedia applications, latest generation technologies, ingredients for virtual and colorful educational programmes, with machines and installations for experiments and games, one more exciting than another. Children came to make their homework, to understand Mathematics and Astronomy, and we offered them a literary supplement through our project, hosted in Building Nr. 7 of this Greek cultural center. The pupils and their teachers arrived one day earlier to enjoy the information, music or movie fragments, e-books and audio materials which our multimedia application was offering them, in the same pleasant and interactive way as the activities of the host-center. Their interest and impatience in front of the Info Touch systems so pleased us that we considered them as important as the official opening from the 4 th of March 2005, in which took part the officials of the partner institution, the Prefecture of Athens, cultural personalities and representatives of the Greek mass-media.

We finally embarked in the ship - rebuilt at the real scale - of the ancient Greeks, but we soon realized that we hadn't embarked at the right board. These coincidences are not at all by chance, so neither was the presence of that Greek galleon, placed right in front of the hall where EuroLiteraTur was exhibited.
